The Avalio project planner is designed to help you think about all aspects of your project, some of which you may not yet have considered.
Some questions are optional; however, please do try to give us as much information as possible. This will help to give us a better understanding of your project and provide you with a more accurate quote.

Project time-frame or deadline You may not have one yet, which is fine. However if you are working to a deadline let us know!
We're not in the business of parting people from their money for no reason. We're here to make you money - so rather than beating around the bush, if you can roughly tell us your budget we can ensure we provide a solution that both matches, and will achieve your objective.
It is very important to place your project within the correct business & marketing context. To do this, think about how your project will integrate with the rest of your organisation, what you want the project to achieve and how you are planning to measure its success.
Where does your project fit? It's always helpful to consider the project in it's wider context. So if you can fill us in, we'll be better positioned to help you.
Why should I measure my projects success? Measuring your project allows you to evolve & improve your website based on past performance. If you don't know how you'll measure success - you can never achieve it!
In order for a website to be built effectively, It must be designed with the end user in mind (this could be your staff, customers etc). The more you know about your users, the better a website can meet their needs.
Avalio are able to help you profile your target audience by supplying you with information such as - their search preferences, what key words they are searching for and how they interact with websites. If this is something you are interested in, let us know in the planner.

Helping visitors find your site via search engines and directories is a complex and time consuming process.
This set of questions will help us gauge how much help you need to achieve the top spot.
If a competitors has already produced something that impresses you, why not use that as a platform on which to improve. This applies to the design (look & feel) and functionality of a competitors offering.
We understand that you wont want to have to phone your web designer every time you want to change some text or update a picture on your website. So let us know what needs to be changeable and we can let you take control.
Would I want this? Editable content means that you as a user will easily be able to change pre-defined text and images on your website without the need for a web designer.
